I'm hoping to apply to Leeds Beckett, Manchester Met, Sheffield Hallam and Uni of Hull to study Law in 2018, which all require 112 UCAS points (BBC) but my predicted grades are BCE - will this massively impact my chances of getting an offer from these uni's?!

Most likely case is yes. This shouldn't despair you though, if you did reach those grades this year you could just take a gap year and reapply the next year, not all hope is lost.

Predicted grades do help you get the offer, so you may miss out if you do not reach the grade requirements. However, it is the actual grades that matter in the end. If you don't achieve your predicted grades, you won't be accepted come results day. Like the above poster says, you could always reapply next year if you have your heart set on these universities and you perform better than expected in the exams.

For the unis you mentioned I don't think they will mind too much about your predicted grades
