Weird lol. I'm guessing he thinks you're the most 'socially successful' of your friends therefore clinging to you and trying to get you to ostracise the rest. When he said he avoided the others, he probably expected you to be all "Haha yeah, thought I was the only one who thought that about Abdullah (or whatever your friends name is)" etc.

Just tell your friends what he's like so you can all get rid without awkward questions. Dead replies or whatever will only worsen it, don't do that lmao.

lmao y does this remind me of a girl in my sixth form??!/1/!

lmao act dead around him and give him really short replies. He'll give up and run away and find someone else to cling onto.

    thats not nice
Not planning to do that. The dude is genuinely kind. It's just that he annoys me and I can't help but feel irritated.

If you are a dude, then the guy probably likes you and wants more with you.

I dont want to talk out of line, but imagine if this was a chic that was all over your business? People will say that she fancies you.

You should call the dude out to know what his deal is and then you proceed from there.
How would I go about calling him out though?

Sounds like he has a crush on you.
Maybe, it's just confusing because he has this gay vibe but confidently speaks of wanting girls sometimes. He is sexually ambiguous.

    He could be bisexual?

Not planning to patch his messages, I know that's not a solution. That could be a reason, he once did tell me he likes how I can become friends with people in minutes as he could never do that( in Uni I just happen to meet and talk to many strangers when he's there). How would I go about telling him he is annoying, without hurting him?

Yes, it's a classic case of riding the crest of someone else's wave. Sometimes it's fine, you get 2 people who gel remarkably well and become great friends. This case, it's not. It is sad, I'm guessing he's not had solid friends through Uni and once you get that, you want to be the persons number 1. Just tell him "Look Jamal, I appreciate your friendship and all that but I'm feeling a bit suffocated. I also don't like the backstabbing of the rest, so just don't. I'd like some space, will see you soon" or whatever. From then you can just decide whether you want to talk to him again or not, either way he'll be hurt lol and this is better than "Listen lad, sick of your sh*thouse attitude"

Sounds like he lowkey fancies you :curious:
Not so lowkey. Maybe he's just really needy and desperate to be liked.

Be straight with him...."no offense, bro, are you a homosexual?"

If he says "No". You respond, "Ok, i wanted to check cos you have been too close into my private space"

Hopefully, you get a conversation from there and then you get closure, if it is what you want.

I love the names you give those guys lol. It's funny cause he is from Dubai😂😂

F*** doe. Why am I always in those tough situations...I don't like hurting people and this is certainly not my fault as I just minded my own bussiness all this time and he appeared out of nowhere.

When he told me that I was thinking to myself "what the actual f***...did he just say that to me so frickin calmly". Yeah I'll stay alert. If he starts making dodgy moves and sh** he's getting blocked/avoided IRL

All I want is to enjoy my free time without being annoyed by this guy 24/7. He frickin invaded my gym time too. Now whenever I go he goes at the same time as me
I don't wanna have a chat with him about all that. I'm too busy with my work. I just want fricking space.
