    You have the value for 1 million, and you know there are 280 million. So its just a simple multiplication.

      1. This smells like homework. Do your own homework.
      2. If you can't get a calculator and type "280*0.25=" you certainly aren't in a position to issue orders to folk online.
      3. Surface area is not, never was, and never will be measured in cubic metres. Think about it.
