    Hi!

I'm a French student applying to undergraduate medicine. In the education part, they ask about the highest level of qualification I will have before I start the course, below honours degree, honours degree or above. Im not sure which one applies to me. Before starting university, I will have a French Baccalauréat.

Thanks a lot for the help!

I'm assuming you are in your last year of high school/college? In which case the "below honours degree" is right. Above would mean you already had at least one degree from a university.

Definitely ‘below honours’. You only get an honours degree after studying for at least 3 years at university.
