Does anyone have any tips on how to get to grips with all the physics stuff in optometry? Haven't done physics since GCSE and just started first year of optom- but the physics (optics) module is really freaking me out as I just can't seem to get to grips with all the terminology used and how to solve example questions.

    Many thanks.
