Does anyone know if for ocr Psychology a level 2015 spec we have to know all of the studies in the textbook, I don’t need mean the core studies or key studies but the ones that provide evidence say for the genetic explanation of depression (Gershman1990)? I don’t know how many more studies I can remember! We’re already up to 29 studies

hey there. i do edexcel so it's not quite the same but i thought i'd give you my input.

there's a heck of a lot of studies. lots and lots. if you want to do the best you can, you'll want to know all of them. but at the end of the day, that really isn't feasible for most people.

so i would say, of the extra studies, choose a couple to know and understand, preferably ones which show different results, because you can use this to back up your claims in your essay.

if you have time, try and learn them all, but i really don't think that's going to happen for me if i'm honest.
