HI i was thinking of retaking a couple a levels on my own as i was really unmotivated at college and didn't really like the environment, think id do better just studying on my own. Anyway was just wondering if the specification is likely to change much since i was at college ( 2015- 2017 hoping to take again in 2018) i was planning on retaking biology and psychology. any other advice about getting revision resources and going about doing this would be really appreciated. cheers for the help

There actually is someone who did Biology:

He did a couple of other threads with the rest of the notes.

(I assume you're in England). It sounds as though you took the new linear A levels so that's fine, nothing has changed.. You can carry forward the practical endorsement for Biology and just pay to re-sit the exams. The actual fee to the exam board is £75-90 but centres (not unreasonably) add on a fair bit for their administration and invigilation. Shop around to get the best price you can but anything under £200 for an A level is probably going to be a good deal.
