I got 5 A*s and 1 A in IGCSEs, A in AS Pure maths and A in GCE Chinese but with extremely low ukcat with average 573. My predicted grades do not meet the minimum a level requirement, which is AAA. I would like to apply for Edinburgh. Will I be able to make it?

No you should probably apply somewhere less UKCAT heavy than Edinburgh, as they oftentimes want a UKCAT score of 700+ and an SJT Band 1. So you might be better off at Bristol, Nottingham, Cardiff etc.
Maybe take the BMAT? You can still apply now, but you'll have to pay a late entry fee.
    Good luck.
