Hiya, I was just wondering what those successful applicants for History or ancient history got at A Level & GCSE, I realise that grades aren't the sole factor that determines someones chances but I'm interested in the sort of grades successful applicants entered with.

According to your earlier post you have an A* in GCSE History.

And my original advice still applies to this thread

(i.e. focus on your own A-levels, not other peoples.)

I agree with the post above that you should focus on your own grades. But just to let you know I saw an FOI request for History at Cambridge last year and the average was around 6-7 A*'s at GCSE and A*A*A at A Level.
