May sound like a silly thing but when imagining myself going to uni I always saw myself sitting in a big lecture hall. Bit disappointed to learn that unis I was thinking of applying to such as Leeds and Liverpool have a small intake of physics students compared to other subjects and don't have lecture halls in their departments but instead have secondary school like classrooms with a capacity of 30 or so students. Could anyone advise me on what unis do teach physics in lecture halls?

I know that Bath does, but from my understanding it is indeed to do with numbers.. so if you went to a uni with 100+ students in your year for physics then you would not be in a classroom... but at the same uni,if you are in 4th year and in a class of 20 for one of your units then the uni would never give that unit a lecture hall

So I guess my advice would be to look for unis with large Year groups...
