My cousin told me that if I ever have a mental breakdown, I should immediately stop revising and do something that will make me happy e.g. Makeup, music, hot shower etc. Anything that would calm me down. I am in bloody year 13 and I got my sh*t together but I suffer from depression and I cry every. single. day. Even when I am studying, casually focusing, I will end up crying and will have a mental breakdown because I am thinking of things that affect me on a daily basis like when my friends go out without me, or when they do things without me, or they dont treat me the same, or when my family hate me (they actually dont like me) or when my mum calls me ugly. I dont have a close bond with my siblings and my appearance is the main issue.
Btw I have tried therapy once, my parents cant be asked to ttake me there because they said "I dont wanna bother with your problems"

relax, life is difficult, just pick urself up and think of those in worse positions than u , starving to death. always think about the positives and be grateful for your life
