1. How willing you are to meet lots of new people
2. How willing you are to meet lots of new people
3. Material things like you mentioned

Its mainly dependent on the people you meet, and that is impossible to predict beforehand.
I think there are benefits to being a large college (wider variety of people so more likely that you'll meet similar people) and benefits to being a small college (more intimate atmosphere, more sense of community). The quality of the physical JCR is probably not that important.

Depends what kind of social life you're looking for and also is largely subjective on your year group, as the commenters above have mentioned. But if you're looking for a college that is very social within itself, I have found that having a good bar that's open often/regular bops/a nice JCR room/active JCR committee tends to increase 'spontaneous socialising' if you get me? But they're definitely not essential and it's hard to work out which colleges have them beforehand so it's always worth asking current students about the vibe of their/other colleges (also sorry, very late answer!)

How willing you are to meet new people, yep
Also how much college as an institution is willing to support intra-college societies/parties (eg more/less funding for clubs, some colleges have banned/restricted 'bops' [college parties] etc)
