Basically I want to apply for biomedical science. I take the IB and most of the universities I'm looking at require a 665 in HL (including biology and chemistry) with between 32-35 points. This type of offer includes universities like King's College London, University of Birmingham, Newcastle University etc.

This probably depends on the university, but how likely is it for me to get accepted if I have a 665 in HL with probably 35-38 points (hopefully, depending on the 3 extra points)?

I'm basically just worried that my application won't be super competitive if I only have the minimum 665 at HL.

If they wanted 777 they'd be asking for it, they're not. The requirements are there for a reason, you meet the requirements and should apply.
