    I have been recently getting pains in both my armpits that come and go and been sweating a lot more recently I've also been getting headaches and getting dizzy spells however I've read on the internet that stress can cause aches and pains as I've been very stressed Lately is this true

    Stress contributes to pain and makes it worse / harder to deal with.
    As with any kind of sudden unexpected pain - See a doctor. You can't be sure it's just stress that's caused it.

    See a doctor mate... that's weird. Don't waste time asking people on TSR. Run straight to a doctor. You're not running yet...

    Definitely go see a doctor, it could be for a number of reasons and its always best to get checked out instead of looking to the internet for answers
