    Wanna lose weight so bad! I dont thin im fat but im not slim either. Any diet plans that work??

    Make sure you eat when you need food and not just when you're bored ( i find this very hard!) and make sure what you are eating is a good balance, not all unhealthy food or all fruit and veg. Exercise is also important and can help you become toned.

    there aren't any healthy diet plans out there that don't involve exercise and clean eating. All the other fads aren't much use. Also consider it not a diet but a lifestyle change - because people that speed diet to get weight off often put it back on again then re start the process!
