Today is World Mental Health Day and across TSR we are aiming to help raise awareness.
Being a student and / or a young person can be a very stressful period in your life and this can subsequently present it's own unique set of challenges. So, we've searched TSR and drawn upon our own experiences to come up with 6 tips to help you look after your mental health.

For me, getting enough sleep is SO important. I've only come to realise it in the past year or so but if I don't have enough sleep, my voices start coming back, or I start getting depressed or manic.
These are great tips! Though got a bit of a shock seeing that article I wrote in the article you linked to - I'd forgotten I'd even written that
