    Hiya

    I need some advice

I am looking at changing jobs. Should I notify my current employer that I am looking? I have been offered 2 interviews and both will be during work time, where do I stand in asking for time off? One is this Friday and I've just said I got dentist -_-

I work in a small office (10 people) and have been there for 2.5 years

Just say you need time off for personal reasons. You're not obliged to tell them. All you have to do is say personal reasons and they shouldn't ask questions.

At the moment, don't tell your boss you are looking for a new job until you have something sorted. Your boss might try to find a replacement for you whilst you are still working, or feel you aren't committed to working there. I would explain your interviews as doctor's appointments or trips to the dentist.
