about 7 weeks ago I experienced my first ever panic attack. it was because I was feeling slightly nauseous and I have emetophobia (fear of vomiting) and that's what triggered it. I got sick but no one knows what with. I had a burning feeling in my upper stomach and esophagus but no one thinks I have GERD or acid reflux. I also get anxious even when I don't have a sore stomach but my brain tells me I do and then I feel sick but I never am (which is good) someone please help!

Go to your doctor. Almost 2 months of this isn't good. They can advise you further, possibly with medication to help

Hi, thanks yeah I forgot to mention that. I have been to multiple doctors and have had multiple blood tests but it says I'm perfectly healthy. I have had some more done today and will get them back next week,
