    Have you been to your GP, they can run tests to see if it's something physical like hypothyroidism. They can also help if it is depression.

    I think I'm depressed cause I'm shy which means I don't have friends. My crush also recently rejected me.

    I saw your other thread. Maybe just give yourself time to think about how you want to move forward from this. If you're still in education, try joining a club/society that you think you'll enjoy as there'll be people with similar interests that you can get along with
