    Hi all,

Applying for History at Oxford and St Andrews, which both require a minimum of AAA.

I'm predicted A*A*AB, and I'm not sure whether that B will be a help or a hidrance.

Should I drop that subject? It's chemistry so it's not particularly relevant to the course, but I'd rather not drop it.

    Thanks.

Yes, they dont care about the 4th unless they specifically state so.

    Hi there,

Would this mean it would be fine for me to carry on with Chemistry?

Yes it's fine, however they will not alter your application in any way, or be any more lenient because you have it. I would personally drop it and focus on the other three, it won't help your application in any way.
