    It may not be the sexy answer, but self-discipline will get you where you want to be. Take some time aside and decide when you're going to study, then do it. Don't let external distractions come into play. If you make the time for something, make sure you do it. It'll be hard at first, but you'll really appreciate sticking to it. But then give yourself rewards for doing it. Remember the goal, let that guide you. Don't rely on motivation, it can be affected by hunger and tiredness, not a really reliable thing to rely on. Again, self-discipline is the answer to this.
