I really don't know how to get a job. I fail online applications and have changed my CV to make it look better but still people don't care. I even phoned up Sainsburys and demanded a interview but they said no. WHAT DO I DO
Never demand an interview, I certainly wouldn't hire someone who demanded I give them an interview. You can try to persuade one out of someone, but never demand.

Have you looked at different CV tips online?
-try to limit the length of it
-use sub headings to make it easier to read
    -don't waffle on
    -include interesting things/jobs
-"big yourself up" / try sell yourself a bit
-make it relevant to the job you're applying to
