Is maintenance loan part of income in self-assessed tax return? Watch

    I can't find any information on this online, probably because it's 'common sense': I think 'of course it's part of my income' but just want to be sure.

    No it isn't as far as I am aware. I asked HMRC this the other day and they said the only thing you need to declare is the Adults' dependent grant.
