I am upcoming mock exams. I struggle very much to revise due to ADHD- I get extremely distracted, my working memory is poor, I can't just focus on one thing, and this tends to lead to grades I am unhappy with.

I really wish to succeed in both my mock exams and the real GCSEs. How would you suggest I go about my revision?

I also have ADHD and the way i'm currently revising is to listen to a classical music playlist through headphones so it drowns out all background noise, then using an app called Forest to ensure i don't use my phone! also flash cards are great as they are quick and to the point, i'd recommend making your own (rather than using quizlet) and getting a friend/family member to quiz you. Another way i revise is through mock-teaching - i'll make powerpoints on the lessons as if i were a teacher, then i'll "present" them. hope this helps!!!
