Okay, so I've recently applied to Cambridge for history and I'm hoping to apply to Durham and Edinburgh (among other unis) as well
My predicted grades are as follows:
    History: A*/A
    German: A*/A
    Music: A*
My question is, do universities see the split predictions given by my school (i.e. A*/A) or would these grades be changed to single predictions (i.e. either A* or A)?

They see whatever your referee puts in.
