Why does student finance take so long processing a simple change? I was granted student finance Sept 12th but changed course and uni 2 days later which was 4 weeks ago now. The uni informed student finance as well of the change, I rang SF and they keep changing the dates of when it will be processed, they didnt take as long doing the first application. All the information is the same except uni and course. I have kids to support in my student finance as Im no longer earning, I should of been paid 25th Sept originally, its added unnecessary stress.

You're in a queue. Student Finance England have to process thousands of applications and changes of circumstances every year - no offence, but you're not a priority simply because you didn't organise your application in time.
