    I’m doing a bachelor of law degree with open university and have been wondering recently if once qualified and I go to join a law firm if it’s as respected as a standard degree?

    Yes, they are generally well respected. Their academic standards are high and the circumstances in which people take OU degrees usually requires much more commitment and planning than regular degrees taken straight after school. Employers value that focus and determination.
