Hey guys I’m applying for medicine and sending in my PS by Friday. I’m almost done with the character limit (~60 charaters left) but my intro isn’t finished yet. Is it therefore better to start straight with my work exp paragraph, and then at the end of that say something about how my work experience confirmed for me that I want to study medicine ?
Do you think med schools will look down upon my PS because I haven’t got an intro?

Depends, each person will have their own style of writing. Do what is best for you. Get inspiration from reading other personal statements.

You are almost certainly going to need to cut down your PS - you usually reach the line limit before the character limit. Just briefly outline why you want to be a doctor in your intro. You need a proper (but it can be relatively brief) intro
