What do teachers think of bullying at school? Watch

    Do they actually care about the victims of bullying? Do they think badly of the bullies?

    They do care but often the bullies are acting out because of other reasons which they are aware of.

    So it could be problems at home, learning difficulties, coping with domestic violence etc.

    Having to bear everyone's needs in mind can come across as quite ineffectual but realistically needs to be done for the rights of all children involved.
