I have an english name and a Chinese name, but on my passport it only have my chinese name on. My school however known me by my English name. I was wondering if my piano exam is under my english name can I still put it on my UCAS qualification sections or not? On UCAS I put my passport name as my first name and my English name as my preferred, so if UCAS check will my qualification still link up or not?

As long as you have stated that your English name is preferred I don’t see how they would have a problem with it

Put it on, and if they want proof explain the whole duel name situation. If you've genuinely have it, you should be fine.
