I am currently looking at studying economics at a university such as Lancaster, Birmingham, Manchester,Leeds. I was wondering if after attaining a bachelor's from one of these universities would I be able to do a masters in London at a university such as UCL, KCL, LSE or Warwick?

    Yes.
What would be the likelihood of this if I was to achieve a first and have 3 A's at A level.

You would have a very good chance with a first class or 2.1 degree (I'm not sure they're too concerned about your A Level results). All of the universities you have mentioned (Manchester, Leeds etc.) are respectable.

Does the ranking of the university play a big role?
