I've just been given back my predicted grades: A*AA which are the entry requirements for 'economics and management' but I didn't achieve the best GCSE's or AS-levels so is it unreasonable to apply for the no.1 uni in the world?

I haven't been to any open days or anything at oxford so I have no idea about this.

    GCSE'S: 1 A*, 3 A, 5 B, 1 C
AS: ABC (maths, further maths, economics respectively)

Look I don't want to rain on your parade but if you were applying to one of the least competitive courses at Oxbridge and you really loved it I'd say go for it.

But you are literally wanting to apply to one of the most competitive courses at either uni, and the entry standard is incredibly high.
