    vocab-read newspaper articles
listening-spanish radio (you wont understand much but it helps)
grammar-get yourself a boring grammar book and complete it (it should improve over time with the essay writing you do)

I use BBC mundo for articles and just practice translating them! Also use kerboodle if your school has it to do more listenings and readings.
I also use the grammar book which you can buy alone and memrise for vocab.

hope that helps- just practice loads of grammar and most importantly vocab- ever word you don't already know- LEARN IT- you never know when it could come up!
