Hello people of 'the student room' (student room virgin here)

So basically I am currently studying aerospace engineering at the diploma level (College), and i am curious as to peoples opinions on my situation for the future, and am extremely open to suggestions.

My end goal is to successfully become a full time pilot in either the Air Force (RAF) or commercially. My plan at the moment is to finish this course and move onto university where i can achieve a degree to become an officer (pilot) in the air force. I would love to know which course you would suggest would be the best one to take for me, and for what i want to achieve.

Thank you. I appreciate any help.

You don't need a degree to be a pilot, at the RAF or commercially.
