Currently a first year student at University of Nottingham and getting a little tired of pasta tuna, spag bol and rice and chicken haha any ideas of good meals to have that aren't too hard to make and don't cost too much? Currently cutting but will be bulking in around 6 weeks so either type of meal will be appreciated

Just gotta mix it up a bit. So many different meals you can make out of meats, sauces and rice or pasta for cheap, like curry, chilli con carne, chilli pasta with mince, sweet & sour chicken with rice... list goes on.
For alternatives, though, unflavoured whey protein from a bulk supplier like MyProtein is the cheapest source of protein you can get bar none. Oats are a good option for carbs. You can get fats and proteins from peanut butter also.

Adding to the ones you have:
    - Chilli Con Carne
    - (Many types of) Curry
    - Casseroles
    - Lasagne
    - Pasta Bakes
    - Cottage Pie
    - Macaroni Cheese (traditional version)
Black Friday: Yay or Nay?
