Anxiety and fear of failure watch

I just took my calculus test 2 weeks ago. I failed it so bad that I felt angry , sad , and hopeless. I have another test on oct 22 . I can't sleep and I worry constantly about the exam . I think about failing the exam and I start to cry and then I can't stop crying. I feel that I don't have enough time to study . I feel not confident enough to make it through. I also got other test to study for and gives me even more anxiety. I feel that I don't go anything under control.

Have you tried looking over the paper you failed to see where you went wrong? Maybe talk to your teacher to see if he can give you extra tutoring in the areas you messed up? Or even explain things in a different way so you understand better.

If you are finding it too hard to cope with your anxiety you could see your school counselor to talk things over that might help.
