    hey! have a windows 15.6 toshiba, which is too big to carry to and fro campus (especially since >90% of people have macs)

    wanted to know what you would recommend for me to take electronic notes?
    i'd probably type / want something that is portable / has enough storage to type class and possible seminar notes / maybe (but not essential) to browse the internet or download pdfs/books

    i am far from tech savvy but at the moment i'm looking into the ipad and surface pro? as for budget, as long as it's good value for money i don't mind but it'd still be nice to be relatively inexpensice

    EDIT: i study a more humanities/socsci based discipline
