This is one of those threads that can't actually be solved by people on here.
I didn't realise there were any threads that could be solved by people on here

What would people do in this situation?

I am in a happy relationship with my gf but we dont have sex much cos of her belly troubles (not preggers) we havent bin able to have sex proper for nearly a year
I’m in a similar situation but mine stretches 4 years now.

It need not be the biggest deal IF you’re seriously committed to each other.

Probably leave her or you will end up cheating on her. A proper couple should able to give each other what they want physically, emotionally and psychologically. Sex imo plays somewhat an important part in love, and you are only human.
If she doesnt/cant provide it to you- look for someone else (similar sex drive helps)

So everything’s great but the sex life so leave her before you cheat on her?

    I think that’s terrible advice

It’s still an obstacle to overcome in his relationship

Ultimately, if sex is that important, he needs to leave her. Or get her to go to a doctor to find out what's causing this.

I think that's good advice. A long-lasting couple has to be on the same wave-length. If one wants more sex than the other it's gonna cause issues further down the line. It's best to end it quickly rather than waste your time in a relationship that you know is doomed to end
