I have excruciatingly painful cramps during my period, tylenol, paracetamol or ibuprofen does not help and bloat a lot. As well as this I am always bloated even when I'm not on and suffer from cramps every 3-4 days for no reason. Does anyone know if this links to PCOS or Endometriosis?

PCOS isn't that uncommon. It may well be! See a GP.

You'd honestly be best to see your GP.

I have PCOS and my partner has Endo; neither of us would have known hadn't we gone to our GP and been tested appropriately.

It certainly could. Could also be something like IBS. Go see your GP.
