Is there a way I can manage to revise to get A*s and As in the papers at a private exam centre with limited time left while doing coursework assignments in a different college?

The questions are generally quite similar in the exams. I did 21st century as well (regret doing it though) but if you just go through the paper papers and work out your weaknesses, you can do well. Focus on the topics you are weak at and revise the topics you are confident on about 2-3 days before. I would say getting an A should be fairly easy if you work properly but it depend on how much time you spend and whether the revision you do is helpful to you.

Do you mean the questions in the resit exam paper in November is similar to the paper in June ( the one I sat in this year) or the questions in different papers are similar in general ?

All of them. From before and this year june. I personally saw no difference in the questions after from the last ones being more worded.
