So I've just sat a situational judgement test for a finance graduate scheme after my online application was successful.

Although I haven't yet received a decision for the test, i was provided with a PDF report which basically gave me some feedback and told me how my responses are likely to align with what the company is looking for.

Although Interpersonal savvy, drive for results, creativity and dealing with ambiguity showed 'strong alignment', problem solving was the only one with 'lower alignment'

What are my chances of making it through to the next stage? Will the company expect 'strong alignment' for ALL 5 of these strengths??

    Thank you
