In a nutshel, I used a chilminder who wasn't Ofsted registered and I was informed that I will not be able to deduct those costs. I was really desperate to find a way to cover my expenses, because I am a lone parent, full-time student and currently not working. A person who I knew gave me details of two childminders, Ofsted registered. Both to be used in the form and told me not to worry about, because the amount is small, so it shouldn't be any trouble. I used their information, without thinking too much, as I was in big trouble with my finances and I had to act fast. Only few weeks later, when I received a letter from the student finance, questioning me more details about those childminders, I have realised that I did something wrong. Since then I am very stress and concerned. Unfortunately I am not able to change an action which already happened. I will pay the money back, but what happens to me that I used somebody else details? How can I defend and explain myself that even I did so, I didn't meant to, but I was really in a desperate financial situation and I had to find a way of living for me and my daughter, who is 5 years old.I signed the form in somebody's else name, just to recover my expenditure, which I made with a non registered nanny. How can I solve this situation and not to affect me to graduate my final year of studies.I am looking forward to getting your experiences and advice. Kind regards
But did you bother to watch?
