    welllll...
    when i had real bad eyebags, i found out Tea-bags help remove the darkness around your eyes....so you put teabags on your eyes (dip them in water before you put them on your eyes....you keep them on for about 30 mins)..obviously the results arent instant, but with continous use it will eventually die down...

    but, sometimes the eye area looks dark due to the structure of your skull, your brow bone makes a shadow under your eyes..or if your eyes are sunken it will look darker...then you cant really do much about it.....sorry

    and ofc, sleep it off ^-^
