You cant, you can do things to make your under eyes brighter but you cant get rid of dark circles without injections or a surgical procedure. Mine have got worse over time due to poor/lack of sleep. I plan on getting injections soon cos I have hollow under eyes too which makes it look worse.

Depends why you have them. If it's because of lack of fat then you might want to look into filler, if it's because of hyperpigmentation then you might want to look into other things, if it's lack of sleep then sleep more, if it's diet related then change your diet, could even be genetic and you can't change it, etc. Could be a mix of these things.
