    About a year ago I started Blogilates a famous youtber who specialises in somthing called Pop Pilates..I really enjoyed it and saw results....But is going to the gym a better option?...


    Or cardio and weight lifting @ the gym.

    Pilates is a lovely excercise.

    Do what YOU feel comfortable in/doing.

    In before the gym freaks or those that claim that Pilates isn’t ‘real excercise’.

    Pilates is good for you but I do think there's some truth to it not being real exercise. It's very rarely good cardio or strengthening. You should work strength, cardio and mobility if you want to improve your health/fitness in a well rounded way. But if you don't do any exercise just now then just do something, whatever, some exercise is miles better than none regardless of what it is.

    The gym is great because it offers a convenient way to do lots of different types of exercise but what matters is finding something you enjoy. There's little point doing a burst of being more active then stopping for some reason. For health purposes, you need to be active throughout your life. If you enjoy it then you'll keep doing it. Lots of people seem to get this idea that they have to drag themselves to the gym but you don't like it then don't. Do something else instead.

    what ever you enjoy more as you wont get anywhere if you hate the gym GOOD LUCK Xx
