I have had this problem, since I was around 10.

Food comes up. It is most worse when I eat foods that you expect to be bad like (spicy foods, pizza, subway, kebabs etc..) but also (Water- makes it all worse but on its own isn't bad and icecream).

Food comes up and depending on what said food is it is acidic. Sometimes I wake up with a burning feeling.

I have been to my doctor and nothing helps. I had the procedure years ago (they put camera down osephogus to see if anythings wrong in the stomach) they found nothing wrong.

id say go back to the doctors, you say you have had an (endoscopy?) years ago so go and have one again. id keep going until you find out whats wrong because its obviously affecting your quality of life and id imagine its very annoying and irritating.

Have you tried omeprazole or ranitidine? They're what I've used for acid reflux.

I'd go back to your GP and ask specifically for a barium swallow (I'm a radiography student, we do them all the time for acid reflux), it allows the doctors to watch the food as it goes down and really see what happens. Probably a better way to look at acid reflux than an endoscopy. If this doesn't find what's wrong, they can recommend you have further examinations or see a specialist so it's worth going back to your GP and requesting it specifically.

Good luck with it and I hope it gets sorted soon

If you're not happy, then pester your doctors. Otherwise, take heart burn tablets every day and avoid very fatty, greasy, spicy and oily foods.

A few years ago I took Omeprazole did nothing. I have tried gaviscon recently to see if it will help after each meal

A friend of mine had similar problems for years and it turned out she had a hiatal hernia. Have a read into it and see if it ticks any boxes for you - if so go straight to your gp.

I have a hiatal hernia and get really bad acid reflux. It can be diagnosed with an endoscopy and, even if you had one before, it's worth getting another as the acid burns your esophagus which damages it and can lead to cancer. Definitely needs to be kept an eye on.

Omeprazole and ranitidine do nothing for me, I tried prescription only dexilant which worked great for a few months then quit working completely, and am now on protonix which works well unless I eat tomato or drink coffee or some other things set it off badly. I advise you look into a GERD diet and try to stick to it for a few weeks at least to see if that helps.
