Hi Guys, I used have a very clear skin but after i turned 19/20, i started getting huge spots(it's bumpy) occasionally. They look so dirty and i get 1/2 at a time next to my nose/near my cheeks always. Rest of my face is clear but the cheeks area is the problem area.I know it's not acne, it just looks weird and nasty. Why do i always get it around the same area and what's the reason? I get enough sleep every night and keep my skin makeup free at least once or twice a week. I know everyone says do not use any makeup but it just looks so dirty T.T. I will try to post some pictures of it. I've been trying to drink enough water too. Thanks a lot! It genuinely does look like acne. You can help acne by having a good cleansing routine but ultimately a lot of acne cases are treated with medication.

Visit your gp to get a referral to a dermatology clinic for assessment.

Looks like acne. Does it flare up/more noticable towards your periods?
    Do you eat clean?
Washing it too much will only aggravate it.
Something like lemon or vinegar works but if it doesn't visit the GP.
