I have always preferred those three-four seasons of Law & Order, frequently shown (at least in the U.S.) on television...I very much preferred Stone to McCoy-plus the stories were more realistic, he lost more often...with McCoy it became mostly him almost NEVER losing and very unrealistic. (I preferred Stone/Robinette and Stone/Kincaid along with the original District Attorney, too.)

    How about you?

I prefer the the more even-keeled demeanour of Stone compared to that of the excitable Jack McCoy. I like Robinette, Kincaid and Carmichael equally the most as assistant district attorneys and Adam Schiff is the iconic Law & Order DA.
