    Male, 20.

    Ok so at the minute I'm average.. maybe carrying a little extra fat.

    I have a fast metabolism so I tend to lose weight pretty quickly.. but I also am very lazy, but I want to change that.

    I want to start a meal plan and workout plan.
    Put simply, I want to lose some fat and gain a lot of muscle.
    End goal being to have a physique like Zac Efron (Baywatch).. but I know thats not going to come over night..

    Where do I start?
    What should I be doing?
    What is a good meal plan?
    What's a good workout routine?
