    Hi guys,

I'm really stuck at the moment and need some advice! I'm coming to the end of my A levels now (maths, chemistry and biology) and my school wants our uni applications in asap (the deadline is in two weeks). I have written my personal statement and filled out my whole application for a degree in chemistry but I've just now realised how much I actually dislike it, I was only doing it because I'm good at it and I felt under pressure to pick something. I don't know what to do, because I would really like to go to university but I have no idea what I want to study?! I can't make a decision that big in two weeks. There is literally nothing that interests me enough to study it?? I find psychology really interesting, especially the study of mental health but I'm not sure if any of the careers in it appeal to me? And I've heard the careers are in really low demand anyway because everyone studies psychology. I've thought of taking a gap year and getting a job/trying a few different hobbies etc to try and find where my interests lie, and then apply next year?? However idk if thats practical because I'll be older than everyone else and im not sure i will actually have the motivation to go to uni afterwards haha. Everyone I've spoken too says I have to apply now or not go at all, but I would really like to go! I've also considered applying for an open uni and finding a job alongside it, but aren't they considered not as good as traditional degrees??
Anyway I'm really struggling at the moment and any advice would be appreciated! I hope that all makes sense, thank you so much.
